Professional property management doesn't always have the best reputation. I sought out referrals from folks that used and valued their Property Managers. Bravo was referred to me by several, and has not disappointed! They managed a decent amount of construction and then had the homes occupied in no time whatsoever! It was a huge relief to have this one- stop shop. Great communication from Bravo to property owners. As investors, we need them to be our eyes and our ears. They do a good job of that.
